The Brief
A historic Scottish distillery required comprehensive digital documentation ahead of a major renovation project. The client needed accurate as-built drawings, a navigable 3D tour for remote stakeholders, and a permanent digital record of the building’s current state.
Our Approach
We deployed our Matterport Pro 3 across the entire site, capturing over 120 scan positions across multiple buildings. The point cloud data was registered and georeferenced to provide a definitive spatial record of the complex.
The Results
The client received a complete digital twin of their facility, including:
- Registered point cloud data for design team use
- Immersive 3D tour for stakeholder presentations
- CAD-ready floor plans and elevations
